This model can drill holes up to .250 diameter to a maximum depth of 1.000", cut internal and external threads, drill cross holes, cut cross slots, and perform back drilling. More About Escomatics Unlike conventional lathes, ESCOMATIC automatic lathes are based on a unique concept. The material, which is coil stock, does not rotate but is turned using a rotating toolhead which turns around the material and thus removes shavings.
