THE MAIN DIFFERENCE OF THE ESCOMATIC COMPARED TO OTHER SWISS SCREW MACHINES
IS THE FACT THAT IT USES COILED STOCK AS OPPOSED TO BAR STOCK. THIS GIVES US THE
ADVANTAGES OF LESS WASTED MATERIAL, LESS DOWN TIME FOR RELOADING, HIGHER
PRECISION, AND LOWER COST. WE CAN ALSO HOLD THE MACHINED PART DURING THE
CUT-OFF WHICH ELIMINATES ANY REMNANT OR BURR.

WITH A MAXIMUM DIAMETER CAPACITY OF .250" (6.345mm),
MINIATURE PARTS ARE OUR SPECIALTY.

AUTOMATIC SCREW MACHINES

       7 Escomatic D2    Coil fed automatics capable of diameters up to .218" with lengths
                              up to 4.25" in brass, stainless steel, carbon steel copper and aluminum.

      53 Escomatic D4   Coil fed automatics capable of diameters up to .218" with lengths
                              up to 4.25" This model can also drill holes up to .156 diameter to a
                              maximum depth of .470"

        2 Escomatic D6    Coil fed automatics capable of diameters up to .250" with lengths
                               up to 4.875". This model can drill holes up to .250 diameter to a maximum
                               depth of 1.000", cut internal and external threads, drill cross holes, cut
                               cross slots, and perform back drilling.

More About Escomatics

Unlike conventional lathes, ESCOMATIC automatic lathes are based on a unique concept. The material, which is coil stock, does not rotate but is turned using a rotating toolhead which turns around the material and thus removes shavings. The extremely high performance and cost savings achieved with this concept contribute to ESCO's excellent reputation and the success of its products.
