Extended Automation: The Haas VF-3 has two 40" x 20" pallets which allow for uninterrupted
production while an operator loads/unloads work pieces. Also allows for multiple operations to run
on each pallet and parts are removed from the machine finished. Can also run two different parts in
sequence.
Typical materials: Cold rolled steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, castings, extrusions, plastics.

complete in one setup. Capacity is up to 3.0" bar through the spindle, 16" swing with slugs. 12
station live tools, sub-spindle, full C and Y axis. both spindles. Parts can be turned, milled, drilled,
tapped and engraved on any surface in both spindles.
Special features include polar milling and rigid tapping for maximum efficiency.
Extended Automation: LNS model S3 servo magazine bar loader, Parts unloader on both spindles,
Turbo chip conveyor, Parts conveyor, Automatic tool wear/breakage detection and offset
adjustment. Capable of un-attended operation and lights out production.
SWISS SCREW MACHINING: Small or miniature turned parts are made on either automatic or CNC
swiss screw machines. With over 60 Escomatic screw machines in our International plant, miniature
turned parts are manufactured at the lowest possible cost. Small complex parts can be machined
efficiently on a variety of Citizen or Tornos CNC machines available through our strategic alliance
network.

Outside Services include: Precision welding, grinding, metal finishing PACKAGING & DELIVERY: Jezek Tool & Machine Co. has many years of experience with Just-in-Time delivery as a preferred supplier to one of America's largest companies. Blanket orders are acceptable It is our number one priority to provide the highest quality products and to deliver them on time. Products are packaged to the customers specifications or we will pack them in the best possible way to prevent damage in shipping. Our procedures include methods such as shrink wrapping, bundling with stretch wrap, bagging or roll wrapping. For UPS shipments, the products are carefully packed in reinforced cartons which are wide and shallow to prevent tumbling on the conveyors. Cartons are wrapped on all sides with fiber tape to protect the packages from damage. We have suffered no losses, returns or claims in the six years since these guidelines were implemented. Pallet loads are interlocked and stretch wrapped vertically and horizontally, and banded if necessary. All cartons and skids are labeled and can be bar coded in a preferred style. We deliver free to the local area with our own truck Deliveries outside of the local area are made via UPS or a carrier of your choice. We ship products nationwide via UPS.
